The is is a dishonest operator who has misled and repeatedly lied to me – all my email communications with the seller is listed below in separate blocks. In a nutshell:

1. I purchased an item (Rubberized Glue – ID: 254355360628) on 18 MARCH 2020 (more than 6 months ago), but it was NOT sent as I learned in a subsequent email.

2. On 3 June, I was told that the product will be sent and I will receive it within 25-30 days, and that did not happen. I was unable to track the item with the tracking number provided.

3. On 10 August I was told that a reshipment will be arranged and I will receive the product within 15 days. There was no tracking provided. I still haven’t received the product.

4. I asked for a refund. On 1 September, I was told that I was given priority to a full refund. No refund was given.

5. I followed up on 9 September and was told that “the system is processing a refund” – just another lie. No refund was ever processed.

MY ADVICE TO ANYONE DEALING WITH THIS SELLER.

This is a shrewd operator who knows how to play the system. Avoid them at all costs.
